First Christian Church of Aquidneck
The First Christian Church of Aquidneck has been established to help people to understand the Lord Jesus Christ in a simple easy to understand way, and that by having a relationship with Him is vital. He himself proclaims: "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life".
Though the FCCAquidneck is not a large church at this time, we will never seek to be a "mega-church" simply because of the example of the First Century Christians who proclaimed themselves "Brothers and Sisters in the Lord". We too seek to be a church that strives to be a Christian Family who love God, Love One Another, and Love the World around us in order to proclaim the Gospel message of God's tremendous love for us.
Sunday Worship Service and Individualized Bible Studies are all part of our "service to God" and times where we can "encourage one another".
FCCA is affiliated with Disciple Heritage Fellowship of Shelbyville, Indiana and Christ's Church Fellowship International. Both of these fellowships have their roots in the Stone-Campbell Restoration Movement which started during the Second Great Awakening of the Early 19th Century.
